Veteran Student Parking
Veterans who have served overseas in a time of conflict who show a copy of their DD214 and proof of being registered for classes for the current semester/year will have the parking fee waived and will only need to pay the $25 per vehicle registration fee. Please contact Parking Services prior to purchasing your permit online to confirm that you are an eligible veteran.
Who Can Purchase Permits On-Line?
Staff, students, and alumni can purchase most long-term parking permits online by signing in with their Binghamton University PODS ID and password. Non-affiliated guests may create an account using an email address and password. Make sure that your mailing address, email address, and phone numbers are all current. Failure to do so can result in your permit being undeliverable.
Daily and monthly permits must be purchased in person at this time.
Freshman Parking Ban
Resident Freshmen, defined as first-year resident, non-transfer, matriculated freshmen who have completed less than 24 academic credits at Binghamton University, are not eligible to purchase a parking permit.
